This is my favorite website! I found it not too long ago and she has the cutest ideas and the best tutorials! I love her philosophy that she tries to make what she sees! Especially, as a mother if you can do it a little cheaper that makes for a big plus to! 

Looking Back to Christmas.....

I know Christmas is past and this may not be helpful now but it can be during the holiday season! I really wanted to make the kids something festive for Christmas. For my son I thought a reindeer would be so cute! At the time my printer was out of ink and I could not print any templates I found online through pictures searching on Google. My husband drew this reindeer head and I loved it!

I just used scrap material that I already had. I used iron-on adhesive paper that you can buy at a craft store or I actually purchased mine in the craft department of Wal-Mart. And some old buttons I had. This is a no-sew project except for the buttons that I sewed my hand. A simple and cute project!

More About My Family: My Baby Girl

Bella is my 7 month old sweetheart. She's always smiling and growling! She is always messy and dirty it's hard to keep up with her and keep her clean! I love her so much and never thought I would enjoy having a girl as much as I do!

Bella Sophia was born on June 2nd as a planned c-section because I had Placenta Previa. I was disappointed that I had to have the c-section but I was so glad to have her happy and safe and sound!

More about my family: My son Eli just turned two on Tuesday and is full of energy! He loves to color, likes to learn and is always telling everyone what to do! I love him so much and am so glad God blessed me with him!

On January 17th 2010 God blessed us with our Eli healthy and strong! For a first born he was born quickly within 8 hours and didn't give me any problems! There's nothing in the world like holding your new born baby in your arms!

This is a lampshade that I covered for my mother-in-law. For the life of me I could not figure out how to cover lampshades but knew there had to be a way! I finally found on a how- to site SPRAY ADHESIVE! Even our local Wal-Mart had it in their craft section! I had no idea something like that even existed! I sprayed the adhesive on and wrapped the fabric around it! It was so easy! I would suggest using the adhesive outside the house it can get very sticky!

About my family: My husband Brian has recently gone back to school through the University of Phoenix. He has felt God's calling to be a high school teacher. He now substitute teaches at our local high school and middle school until he is able to find a full-time teaching job. I am so proud of him and love him for all he does for our family!
